Earl Driedger :
Earl has been
involved in the trucking industry for over 18 years. He has been
involved in training for over 11 years and in April 2001, he opened
Maximum Training for the Trucking Industry. Earl Driedger is a Fully
Certified Instructor and has his SGI Recognized Authority.
Wayne Gamble : Wayne
has been in the professional driving industry for the past 29 years.
With Maximum Training, Wayne is a Fully Certified Instructor and has
achieved his SGI Recognized Authority, allowing him to test drivers
for their licence. Wayne has worked with a variety of equipment, Dry
Vans, End Dumps, Flat Decks, Tankers and Super-B’s. The dedication
to the job that Wayne exhibits to his students is excellent.
Training students and sharing his experience is an ideal job for
Wayne and Maximum Training is lucky to have him on their team since
2004.
Gary Eaton :
Gary has enjoyed farming most of
his life and also has experience in owning a small business. Gary
also worked as an equipment trainer in Panama. Gary's trucking
experience over the past 10 years has come from farming and being an
owner operator at Edge Transport hauling flat decks. Gary's interest
in people and patience to teach is an asset to Maximum Training.
Gary is a Fully Certified Instructor and has trained in Kyrgyzstan
for Maximum Training. Gary has been a part of the Maximum Training
team since 2005.
Brian Harrison
: Brian has his Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the
University of Saskatchewan. He has been a school teacher and
Principal, owned his own business and has been involved in the
trucking industry for over 20 years. He has been part owner of a
trucking company, driver, and a safety supervisor. Brian’s
experience with adult students was very useful teaching drivers in
Mongolia in the fall of 2006. Brian’s sense of
humour and easy-going attitude make him an asset to Maximum
Training as a Fully Certified Instructor and a PDIC/DDC Instructor. John Milburn : John joined the trucking industry in 1966 as a P&D and regional driver. Two years later, he began a 34½ year career with the fire department at CFB Dundurn. While there, he drove motor coaches, school buses, tow trucks, gravel trucks, and of course, fire trucks. Before his retirement in 2002, John came to Maximum Training to get his Class 1A Licence and has since travelled throughout Canada and the US. John looks forward to passing on the knowledge and experience he has gained in encouraging others toward a safe and rewarding career in the trucking industry.![]()
Dawn Martell : My name is Dawn Martell and I have worked in the trucking industry for almost seven years. I am an optimistic and enthusiastic individual who is excited to be a member of the Maximum Training team as their secretary. I have been married for about seven years and am the proud mother of an energetic five year old girl.
