Bridging the Driver Shortage
Virtually everything you touch, eat or wear has been on a truck at one time or another. It is estimated that 80% of the current drivers will be retiring in the short years to come. A study produced in June for the Canadian Trucking Human Resources Council estimates the industry needs nearly 224,000 new drivers - 37,000 annually.
We are looking for key people that are responsible, trustworthy and have a professional attitude to ensure that our roads are kept safe and sound for all that share them.

Motorcycle Training
Maximum Training offers three comprehensive motorcycle training courses designed to cater to various skill levels and needs. The Gearing Up Program, launched on May 1, 2015, is part of the Canada Safety Council's curriculum, which has been trusted for over 46 years and has trained over 500,000 motorcyclists nationwide. Our team, consisting of highly experienced Chief and Senior Instructors, ensures that students receive top-notch training, aligning with our 19 years of business success and multiple Consumer Choice Awards. This program equips riders with the essential skills and knowledge to become safe motorcycle enthusiasts.
The Rider Skills Course, introduced in spring 2013 by the Canada Safety Council, is tailored for experienced riders looking to enhance their skills. Prerequisites include a Full M Endorsement, 5000km of riding, or completion of the Gearing Up Program or equivalent training. This course involves a mandatory classroom session and a full day of advanced riding exercises, focusing on braking techniques, downshifting, cornering, and collision avoidance.
The On the Road Program is designed for riders with learners who have completed a certified SGI training program like the Gearing Up Program. This program offers three hours of practical on-road training, covering real-life traffic conditions, bike positioning, and safety techniques, with motorcycle rentals available for road testing.
